The Farm Bill Biologist Program is a partnership between Pheasants / Quail Forever, the Illinois Department of Natural Resources and the Natural Resources Conservation Service. The primary goals of the partnership is to assist landowners interested in enrolling marginal cropland acres into quality wildlife habitat.
